On March 30, 2010 Kijiji was changed to eBay Classifieds.
Kijiji is a buying and selling site that rivals Craigslist. You post things you want to sell in your area and buyers contact you, usually through email. If you have not heard of Kijiji don’t worry, because it is a fairly new site that is only 2 years old. Kijiji is an eBay spinoff that adds flash to compete with Craigslist.
Kijiji makes Craigslist look old school with their advance item posting. You can put your ads in many different font sizes, fonts, and colors. Also it is much easier to add pictures to your ads. Some other features that makes Kijiji a good competitor is it is free like Craigslist, and you can see how many hits your ads get. Each ad you post has a hit counter.
Insiders In recommends Kijiji due to the fact that the site is free and has much going for it. Also it is another site where you can post something you want to sell. Check out Kijiji and you might find you have had enough with Craigslist.
